Sales Term Agreement (Supplier - 5 Limes; Purchaser - Customer/Client)

The Purchaser...

...agrees that 5Limes standard payment terms are due at the time the service is requested. Where an account has been opened, payment is due on issue of statment which will be dispatched at the end of the month and paid within 10 (ten) days.
All payments are to be made by Credit Card on or before the due date without deduction. Any invoice will be deemed past due date after this period.

Invoices...

Where an invoice remians unpaid after the term period, the purchaser agrees to pay all oustanding invoices with Interest of 5% and at a rate of 5% per month thereafter. The purchasher also agrees to pay a Service Charge of £25.00 (UK Sterling) per payment transaction that is charged or returned back to 5Limes.

For any invoice not paid on demand, the purchaser agrees to pay any and all reasonable legal fees, court costs and credit collection agency fees, or any other reasonable collection expenses.

All claims or adjustments from invoiced amounts must accompany invoice payment and be detailed in writing. 5Limes will not allow any claims for deductions more than fifteen (15) days after the date of the file delivery.

Accounts...

The Purchaser agrees to not to allow other users to access their account (where applicable).
The purchaser agrees to be liable for all jobs submitted through their account.

Cancellations...

Once art has been submitted to us, the job cannot be cancelled and will be billed (unless your job is more complex than our standard rates). Your finished art will remain available on request for a maximum of 6 months. Only written instructions and approvals are accepted.

Re-drawing...

We reserve the right to re-categorize any job submitted incorrectly and to charge the prevailing rate for that job.

By submitting your art to us, the user and purchaser assumes all responsibility and potential liability regarding trademark, copyright, intellectual and other laws relating to the art.

We are not responsible for art errors of any kind. We are not responsible for art that is not available within the allotted time period or consequences that might arise. Due to the large variety of fonts, we reserve the right to duplicate your text by drawing it rather than typesetting. We will reproduce your text so it looks the same as the original.

We will correct any art errors that are our fault at no charge. We must be notified in writing of any errors within 10 days of our emailing it to you or of posting your finished art for download (where applicable). Any notifications of errors after this period will be considered a new job and we will charge for corrections.

All users and purchasers of our services indemnify us and hold us harmless against any claims, debts, liabilities or causes of action resulting from the use of our site or our services.

We reserve the right to refuse clients and art jobs at our discretion. Terms are subject to change without notice.
