A complex level redraw would be where your image is made up from a series colours and/or high detail. This is especially so for that contains gradients and for photographs.

Each conversion will consist of an electronic proof (in .jpg or .pdf) with one additional change (but not redesign) allowed.
Once your proof has been signed off, you will receive your supplied in your desired format (normally .EPS).
